Yes, it was on the evening of 20 October 2010 when I first registered the limited company called Lollipop Local Ltd.

I had just driven back along the M25 from a meeting with Dave Keegan and Martin Foster of Spy Alarms Ltd.

We were now going to be supplying them with a new website and ongoing digital marketing specific to Fire & Security lead generation.

Previously our clients had been small local sole traders but now we were working with a major player in a recognised industry.

So I made the decision to move from sole trader to limited company to reflect that.

It was a huge first step with additional costs like the registration of the company and employing an accountant but it was worth it.

The rest, as they say, is history…
